ZZR11 Front Guard

    Does anybody have the forward piece of a ZZR1100 D series front guard for
    sale? The mounting piece has broken off where it bolts to the forkleg. Its a
    95 model, black, the one with the flouro decals on the lower fairing.
    Matching colour would be nice but any colour will do.
    The only option I have, other than buying new, is to get it plastic welded
    but I'd rather replace it.
    Can anyone help?

    I had a similar problem on my ZX10.

    I fixed it with a bit of fibreglass, lots of fibreglass resin, a good
    quality variable speed drill, and a lot of patience.

    (Okay, and a lot of swearing as well.)

    I spoke to a mate of mine today and he reckons that plastic in a tube stuff
    that Selleys makes is worth a try as well, so I'll have a crack at that
    first.

    Got a quote last week. $270 plus GST. Stuff that!
