Yep, it'd had an MOT before. And they said "it won't pass with that can

on it, here's some spanners to swap it before we test it". Didn't
mention
headlight at all.

 

I had not one but 2 **** witted MOT testers. So it went off to a tame

The old down pipes are being a scary hand sculpture in the garden.

Typical. I keep saying I'll phone the original test centre and mutter
