It's booked in. What is it most likely to fail on?

OK, my vote is : rear brake pedal not returning properly.

Corroded frame; although without seeing it that could be a lucky guess.

  5. Nowt, they're great.[1]

[1] I'm going to regret saying that come MOT time.

Other than my corroded frame guess it'll be either:

warped discs and (IME of that particular machine) insecure exhaust.

I'm still miffed at doing the ones on the Wing "just in case".

They were only 73000 miles old, ffs.
Well, I've replaced the head bearings on 3 out of four Kwaks[1], and
both Suzukis, and they've done less miles between them than the Wing's
    managed on one set.

    [1] Except the KH500

I've *never* had a bike fail an MOT. I test them myself before I take
them to the MOT place. If I think something may have trouble getting
through, I have time to sort it before testing.

I hadn't before I took the FJ into a pendantic old twat. Failed it on the
horn not working [1] and the back wheel *very* marginally out of line
adjustment according to his plank of wood. . . . .

[1] When I took issue with this I had my finger on the horn button and he
couldn't hear me 'coz of the racket [2]

I'd like to place my bet on excessive play in the rear suspension linkage.
