Can anyone confirm the size of the main jet in the Mikuni slide carb
range, not the one with the accelerator pump.

I have a Haynes but I like to double check these things.

    Must be a 1978ish version.

    Thanks

  2. I've got a pukka Kawasaki factory manual. According to that, the main
jet is a 102.5R. Needle jet is 0-8, pilot jet 15, air screw two turns
out plus or minus a quarter.

    TY , yer that helps.

they are fitted with 125 main at the moment*, the Haynes book of lies
says Main 100 Needle 0.8 and pilot 16. Slightly different.

    * well 3 are, one has what looks like a jet that someone has tried to
    drill and borked it up,

  7. In the absence of hard info, I've just used the centre position as a
starting point and done plug chops if needed.
