Ok, it's a slow seller, but aren't ALL bikes in the naked litre bike class?
It's more a niche market than the sportsbikes, so none of them are likely to
appear to be great sellers in comparison. The Zed must still be selling well
enough though or Kwak would've dropped it rather than re-vise it.

I did a practice on a prepped piece of flat ally, holo-bits in with
the black, after the 3rd pass there was enough bits to give a sort of
a night-sky effect... 2 resonable coats of lacquer... Flat with 1500
when hard and mopped-up. It does look good but prolly wants another
coat of lacquer and mopping again...

There's a lot of painted panels on an R1! And none of them are flat!
Sweet joy...

 

They kept the GPz305 in the range for years.....

 

Try doing a shitehole of a VFR 750. 14 seperate pieces I had to paint a few
months ago. A fucking nightmare of a job coz he wanted it black. What he
failed to mention was that he wanted it MATTE black, so after getting it to
shine like Darth Vaders bell end, I had to repaint ion flat black. Cunts
some people.

If you're interested, I can email you a couple of pics of the Skyline during
the process.

The Skyline isn't matte, it's black with added holographic flaky shit, like
wot was being discussed a post or two back. And believe it or not, the ****
I painted the VFR matte black for, polished the bastard with Pledge as soon
as he took delivery and turned it into a satin finsh.

He knows I wasn't pleased.
