Suppose Tony slaps a 33bhp limit on UK bikers tomorrow morning and
you've got to go out and replace the bike.

What would you buy? You can have restricted, unrestricted, any age, any
cost.

The day they start laying laws like that down they've overstepped their
remit as public servants IMHO, it wouldn't be long before we ended up as
