    Hi,

I once got 308 km before reserve (13/2L) on my XT600, going from Maree to
Birdsville. That eqates to 23.69km/L !!

    More typical was 260-280km.

I've since put a 14 sprocket on the front so that's dropped to about 240km.

    So, 308km is my best.

I'd be very interested in hearing from not only other XT600 owners, but all
    motorcyclists.

    GB.

Best was 180 klms to low fuel warning light at EC for a track day.
Most boring was 260 and still running riding very slow into Temora after
warning light came on at 220. Almost did a Clem that night.

470 from 15L going to NT from Broom. Had to go slow as it was a
long way to the next servo.

    My GPz250 regularly got 35km/l on a 30km commute.

I kept looking for the snorkel it was using to run off other people's
    exhaust fumes.

So you're saying you got 400mpg and had a 4 gallon tank, which means you
got 1600 miles from a 4gallon tank of juice on an MIII ducati...

    I'd call that bullshit myself.

lighter and more aerodynamic than you corks :)

499.8km to bone dry on the XT6 with a 21 liter Ascerbis tank (and it woulda
been a long push to the next servo if it wouldn't have been for the 5l jerry
    can)
Fully packed and trying to run with the sporties all day (meaning twistgrip
    was gaffer-taped :).
390km outta the V-Strom, fully packed and touring. (21 liters)
