The "Quadrant" and "Rocket 4" were one and the same bike - a one-off.

The engine was made in about of cut, glued and welded-up Rocket 3 parts in
    an existing Rocket 3 frame.

Although the bike was made mostly out of BSA bits and pieces, the BSA
"brand" was history by then; the "worlds-first-factory-custom" X-75
Hurricane was a BSA in all but name, the T160 had got the slanted cylinders
of the BSA version engine, too, so this prototype might as well have been a
Triumph. Whatever, it was already an obsolete and overcomplex pushrod motor
and IMO it wouldn't have saved the BBI.
