    It'll take years to get all things sorted out, IMO. After all, the dozy
    fuckers in BRX can't figure out common points schemes for driving
    misdemeanors between Euro countries. They've been working on that for
    years already.

    Germans and Austrians devise their own tougher system and the rest of
    Europe open a bottle of cheap red and ignore it like they do everything
