Well... How many Billy Jerrell Walker's, with a DOB of 07/20/1934 do you think lived in the area in 1967? And, for the record, it said "Theft over $50".. that's a very big difference. It could have been way over $50.00, it doesn't say. And, the crime would have been prosecuted in the county where it occurred, not in the county where he lived at the time.

For those who would like, you can also find the data on publicdata dot com. It costs a few bucks, but it's right there, along with driver's license info, Dallas County civil court records, Texas and many other states data resides here....

While IANAL, IMO it would most likely be legal, but 3rd party posting real
life information is considered tacky at best. Then again, you know
all about tacky. It could get the poster's account cancelled depending
the policies of the NSP. 'Needs' from my perspective do not enter in to it

1st amendment does not figure in since Usenet servers are private property
(there is no constitutional right to post, have your posts or email
    propigate,
etc). Vital statics information is not under copyright, so I am not sure
    how
fair use provisions like parody enter in to it.
Damn, you really don't get it, do. You are as slow and stupid as
the old coot. Lets play this back:

    - You and the old coot enjoy making unfounded charges against
other posters. You both get slapped down for being idiots with
    some regularity.
    - Someone Photoshops a picture of you and possibly the old
coot with adult themes (I have not seen it) and posts it for a while.
    - Others Photoshop lots of pictures and Debra posts them. They
are still up and quite funny.
    - You and the old man whine about mistreatment and you
both get slapped down for being idiots.
    - Someone finds a old conviction with the old coot's name in the
DPS online records and posts a link and later a screenshot
    - You and the old coot talk of legal action and get slapped
    down for being idiots
    - The old coot refuse to confirm or deny and challenges posters
to come to Austin. He gets slapped down for being an idiot.
    - Another post in tx.moto only claims that additional validation
is available online at another site.
    - You jump in again saying people are asses for believing it, refuse
to disprove it, which should be quite easy if it is not valid,
and get slapped down for being an idiot.

If your really want to put this to bed, when Tim stops by to give the old
coot riding lessons this summer, show him that DPS record is not Billy.
His word is good here, unlike yours. It shuts this all down. However
it seems the old coot actually like this kind of noise, perhaps it gives
him a reason to get out of bed in the morning, who knows.

As for your call for a plebiscite, Usenet has already voted and
clearly stated that you two are idiots. Get over it and move on.

Brian can post all the public records on folks born on the same day as me, with
the same name as me, as he likes. If anyone is concerned that any of thise
records are actually referring to me, they can ask me about them. I'll be more
than happy to set the record straight.

What he said...might I also add that there are
records for some of us that ARE NOT readily
available to the public. That would be paperwork
for those of us who are veterans. To get our stuff
you need Freedom of information documents and know
the SSN. IIRC anyway.. Frankly neither one of them
would believe the truth if you shove it up their
asses sideways stapled to a telephone pole.

That is o.k., I know how you must feel. Several years ago I inadvertantly
posted an email to my son on alt.sci.seti and I still get people asking me
    to adopt them.

I never said how long someone looked for it, though clearly it does not take
    long to find it.
What is inaccurate? Its a conviction, its old, and the name on it is Billy
Walker. Someone did post it. All seem to be facts in plain view.

You assert that the DPS record is not the old coot. Another poster asserted
otherwise and posted links to an information site to validate things.
Someone will invest a few pennies and get the good gouge out. Then again
you could preempt all of that by documenting why you *know* it to be wrong.

You and the coot claim it is the work of John Moran who posts as Another
Viewer. However that is not proven. The seminal post was from "Arresting
Officer" It came through supernews via OE Ver 6 newsreader. Another Viewer
uses a different mail reader, but also Supernews. The message ID is in
different formats which tends to indicate a different connection or customer
status. Given the large customer base of Supernews, you can't tie Another
Viewer to Arresting Officer without the cooperation of Supernews. Without
said cooperation, you claims are baseless speculation.
I don't particularly care about such information.
Never claimed to be a lawyer, Usenet based or otherwise. I have asked hard
questions that neither you or the old coot can answer. I have also
ridiculed the two of you for being idiots. Gross repeated unrepentant
public stupidly like yours should come with a price. If you don't like it,
    don't post.

Your esteem of me is of no consequence either. However clearly my posts
matter to you since you continue to rebut them in vain.

Oddly still you refuse the clear, simple, and easy ways to clear the
accusation up. Instead you bluster and squawk like a poser exposed by real
    riders.

    fagots..

Very interesting response from such a "not interested and what difference
does it make" observer.. hmmm.. You seem to be taking a very "intense
interest" in all this non-interesting speculation that is being posted
    anonymously.. LOL..

Anyway.. what could be clearer.. "None of your fucking business"..

Actually he does as his NSP. His ISP can not be determined from the recent
    posts.
You can not tell that directly from the headers without help from Supernews.
Oh that's right, you called them to whine about people being mean to the old
    coot.
Let me give you another lesson about Usenet headers.. With the user
changeable data (name/email/X-headers) and different posting tools, the
headers are at minimum allowable and there is no identifying information
except mildly different format and content of the message ID. Again, that
is not near enough to identify anyone without help from Supernews.

However, the other issue you seemed not to have recognized is that he would
have also had to change computers. AV posts from a Mac (MT-NewsWatcher/3.1
(PPC)) indicates a Mac. The OE tag came from a PC. It would not just be a
    launching a different application

Anymore clear and convincing evidence that Moran had anything to do with the
recent posting of a DPS record?

I notice you no longer dispute the chain of events and the facts thereof.

I'm beginning to recognize a pattern here. If it goes on much longer,
I suppose we can safely conclude that they enjoy being slapped down
    for being idiots.

Enthusiasm for asking and answering has become real important for you,
lately Morgan... Let me remind you that recently .. your gender was brought
into question.. As I recall, you never answered.. More recently your "newest
best friend" Starwolf (?) asked me a question that was absolutely none of
his fucking business.. My little dance was mild compared to your own.. You
have insisted that I "answer" HIS question..

So far, since I "asked" him a very simple question to reveal a little more
about himself, he's avoided and ignored the question.. And.. noticeably ..
you haven't expressed any concern about that ? Truthfully .. I expect you
will be "outraged" that someone will post his real identity and other
personal information about him.. May I say, that indicates a double standard
... but in reality, if he has nothing to hide, why does he ignore the
question.? hmmm.. It's simple enough for you, isn't it ?
