Sticker and holder gone...........this one not broken off like the others
    but the nuts are gone

I think I have pushed my luck and this time will get a replacement. I assume
just need to take the rego papers to the rta ( NSW ) ?

According to the RTA website there is a $17 fee to issue a replacement
label. They will send you a new label when your rego is due for renewal
each year for $0. The fine for not displaying a rego label is $77. The
probability of you being able to give the police a good explanation of
why you don't have one on your bike is quite high... "Oh shit.. it was
bolted on right there [point at something].. must have fallen off.
Thanks for letting me know. I have to head down to the RTA to get a
something or other tomorrow.. I'll get a new label printed while I'm
    there.. "

...and next time use a spring washer and/or a nylon locknut.

No numbers or any other form of identification on WA rego stickers.

Well you better tell Vicroads about that because on the list of fees and
charges which they publish a replacement registration label costs $13.50.

The RSL is very interested in people who 'claim' to be veterans.

  11. I will answer this one only Gerry.
I am not interested in talking to a smart-arsed , self opiniated hero

March 1962, a part of "team of advisors" sent to assist the South in roads,
    bridges etc.
I was much better at building
bridges than blowing them up, and although
watching them fall apart looked good, it was a waste on time and energy
almost like this posting to you.

In my life, I have met a lot of people like you and although I enjoy a good
    discussion/ debate/ argument,
I don't like ones who will refuse to even see the other side of a debate and
try to ridicule anything put forward
I am not prepared to discuss any details of my enlistment or posting, other
    than what I have said,
if you and others of your ilk are not prepared to accept that,
    then.....stiff shit,
I am not referring to any returned service personnel,
I am referring to the hangers-on that you seem to have acquired in some
    newsgroups
    live with it
if you don't like that, then don't bother replying to any of my posts.
I enjoy a joke, can give it out and have taken a lot in the past and will
continue to do so in the future
