  5. It was somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the
drugs began to take hold. I remember Nigel Eaton
Dunno. Just heard a mensh on the R4 news in passing. He wasn't all that
old; b1937, so it might have been the fags, or drink, or just being
    shot.

I saw Brian Sewell on the platform at Waterloo choob station a few months
ago. I hadn't realised how short he was - certainly a lot shorter than his
young man. Short, giggly, tiny feet clad in mocassins.

    Umm.

I was about to make disparaging remarks about the fact that the Beeb
News webshite still has no mention of such an event, despite their
"Updated every minute of every day" claim, when I noticed that said
claim appears to have been removed.

    Poor show, IMHO.

  9. It was somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the
drugs began to take hold. I remember "platypus"
He had a lovely opinion on the style of the larger Mercs of latter
years; "Horribly ugly and brutal", or something along those lines.

Um... I'm not terribly short, I don't have tiny feet, I never, ever giggle
and I'm not entirely sure what a mocassin looks like, let alone own a pair.

So how you reach that conclusion, I don't know.
