    Or vice versa.

    I kinda feel like Hagar:

I fly on Tuesday, arriving Frankfort on Wednesday, prolly hitting the
road Thursday from Heidelberg. That puts me at Dover on Friday or
    Saturday.

If any of you need an excuse to get pissed, hurl venom at someone, or
laugh at a stranger, here it is. I'm thinking somewhere in the London,
    Newbury, Bedford triangle, say Sunday?

    Brownz & CT.

Hangovers only come when you're soft enough to stop drinking and
    sober up.

I dunno. 7 weeks riding round in circles mebbe. P'raps flip a coin to
see if I head for Cornwall or Scotland first. Clockwise or counter?

I have no plans, other than doing a lap of the UK and Ireland. 27
years ago, I spent 6 months in London and never saw the Tower. I could
spend a lifetime in the Isles just checking out the music, theater and
art scene, but touristy stuff doesn't interest me much. Or rather, I
hate dealing with the crowds that are always around those places. With
that in mind, I'm up for just about anything. Point me at something
worth visiting/doing and I'll probably jump at it. You guys have
already given me some good tips. I know I want to check out some surf
spots in Eire and Cornwall. And I've been looking at some of the roads
    here:

Bugger. We'll be up in the barren wastelands north of Watford Gap over
the weekend but I'm sure we'll catch up with you at some point over the
    next few weeks.

How about another Sunday gathering at the pub in Chieveley? Who's up for
    that?

Either. Both. Let me know if and when you need a bed for a few nights
    on Tyneside.

That is rather stretching the definition of any London/Newbury/Bedford
    triangle.

Hmm, 7 km from the nearest railway station, a bit far to walk.
Do they have taxis in the West Mudlands?

Sure, but they'd cost a fortune from there to Chieveley.
