  5. Contention...
Rossi's M1 sounds more like Mr.RC45's big bang engine than anything Yamaha is
    producing in 2006...

Don't count on it, Larry. Besides, it's boyscouts that walk old ladies
across the street. If you want someone to treat that V4 right, find a
    boyscout.

Wait, even though your "Yamaha insider" told you that Yamaha was
fielding a V4 MotoGP bike in 2005, and they didn't, they aren't fielding
one in 2006, either? How could this be, Larry? You've *told* them your
bike is best. Why aren't they listening to you?

  9. Because Rossi is so talented he can win on an stinky inline... but what happens
when Rossi quits??? Yamaha will have to field a V4 in order to stay
    competitive...

What? That's what *Honda* did when Rossi quit. Fielding a V4 isn't
helping Honda stay competitive at all. Sheesh.

  12. Other than Rossi... only V5s and V4s are wining... Colin Edwards struggles just
to get that stinky inline on the box... he sure ain't going to win a MotoGp
    championship...

Oh. Okay. Well, that seems fair. Except for the I4 that is actually
winning, the V4s and V5s are winning?

Hey, while I've got your attention, how much are you paying for DSL on
    your planet?

    Ducati V4 1st...
    Honda V5 2nd...
    Honda V5 3rd...

Yamaha's stinky inline 6th and DNF...

  15. There appears to be nothing wrong with the engine -- it powers
the fastest bike in MotoGP. It has not failed in a race.

Ducati seems to be a bit behind when it comes to traction control,
etc. than the large Japanese manufacturers. And they've allied
themselves with Bridgestone, which is benefitting more from the
relationship with its MotoGP teams than they are from Bridgestone.

  16. The V4 dominated 500Gp for years... my prediction is that it shall dominated
MotoGp as well... inlines have too many compromises for the majority of factory
engineers... including Rossi chief wrench Jeremy Burgress he's on record saying
that the best engine for MotoGp is the V4... Yamaha is listening...
