    "not a registered user"

The photos are of a non-AUstralian road.

    a) There are no potholes
    b) there are no speed humps
    c) there's no "sign farm" in the background consisting of (at least) :
"50" "40" "roadwork" "School Zone" "Speed Kills - How fast are you going
now?" "STOP! (unless it's for a bike) "

    d) apart from the obvious... unlisted user...the other items also sound
    megadodgy and sugar coated.

Buyer identity hidden so other people can't contact them and
warn them of the fraud. Feedback comments hidden so folks
can't wise up to the scam via that route. "Not a registered
    user". "Will post to Australia".

Oh, and on the jet ski thing...

"I asked my roommates what they thought and all three of
them said I didn't think it would go as fast as it did.
They had to hold on tight cause MAN this thing hauls!!!!"

Yup, that's definitely Australian English, not!

He does accept cash on delivery though.....
Interesting choice of payment on such an obvious con. Usually it is
only Western Union so it is untraceable.

I'm alomost tempted to bid to stuff the guy around!
