Anyone got any K100RT lower lhs/rhs panels kicking around for cash? I need a
pair of them. Don't have to match.
It's an '86 model if it makes any difference. Cracked or bashed panels will
    do if they are cheap.
Motorworks only have good s/h panels at £73.00ea (eeeeek!).
Should have stayed with Italian stuff after all I reckon.
    Thanks,
    JB

Unfortunately I bought it for a trike project and was originally not too
worried about the fairing as the rest is excellent, now the bloke can't
afford for me to build his trike this summer and I've got no space left for
any more 'projects'. (my own Guzzi trike, FJ1100, GPZ900, ZZR250, trailie
    etc...)
So I've now got to sell it as a normal bike, but it will be more saleable
    with a complete fairing.
    cheers,

WTF is eeek about £73 for an undamaged fairing panel? seems bloody
reasonable to me. I did have some (gone), I wouldn't let them go for less
    than that.

The eeek! bit is that I don't have the £150+ quid to spend on the bike. I
don't think it would add £150 to the value either.
Must be the pikey in me coming out, after all it's only a SOBeemer.

    In
..... then tell the buyer you'll knock 150 quid off the price for the
    panels?

Try looking at the message board on the BMW club website
http://www.bmw-club.org.uk/home.html and placing a 'wanted' advert.

Also EBay, I picked up a set there for about 30 or 40 quid recently.

Many thanks for the link. I'll do that very thing.
How's your new BMW (Tourer) going?
Do you want a set of the BMW TIS/ETK CDs? (they cover your car and bikes)

    cheers,
