I have recently become very interested in getting a KZ100P, and am now trying to find one to purchase to use primarily for commuting 30 miles each way between San Francisco and my home. There were two different KZ100Ps from different owners (one was a 1980 and the other was a 1982) advertised in the SF Bay Area (where I live) each for $500, but I have not been able to reach either party. There is another KZ1000P that I spotted parked in Alameda that I am trying to find the owner of so I can see if he wants to sell for around that price range. I don't know the year or if it runs, but it looks complete except for the homemade acrylic jigsaw-cut replacement windshield and the radio box (the rack is there). Does anyone here have a driveable and mostly complete KZ1000P for sale in the $500 range? If you do, please email me at . I have cash and want to buy NOW! I think $500 seems low, especially compared to what I see some of the KZ1000Ps sell for on eBay, but I'm basing this on what I have seen others offered locally in the condition I want.
