Why is that? Why is there only one petrol head cable/satellite channel?

I've never been there either, but not only is it a "fer" piece from
Central Florida, it's right down the road from one of the most God
awful places on this planet, the Bonneville Salt Flats. It's out in the
dessert and that in itself isn't bad, that is, if you like places where
every thing's either long dead, or in the process of dying and on top
of that, it's in bumfuck Utah! That said, I may get a wild hair and
actually go someday, but in the foreseeable future that particular
event will be enjoyed in air-conditioned comfort with ice cold beer,
from my sofa...

 

With all the crap like Springer, the nauseating reality shows, not to
mention Faux News using all the bandwidth there's prolly not any room...

 

Yeah, no competition here.

My view: We had Speedvision up against ESPN for a while, and then when
NASCAR wanted their own channel, Fox bought Speedvision and guaranteed
NASCAR something like 13 hours a day, five days a week. So now I'm waiting
for the next Speedvision-type channel to come along.

However it is not going to change who commentates on the English-speaking
world feed.

Why can't we get Eurosport? The usual "terrestrial rights" crap.

 

Where do you get that torrent from? How's the quality? I'd love to
my hands on some better coverage that what we get on
