Ok, so I suppose I should get down on my knees and bow to the BBC for
actually covering the WSB this season, but really, an actual 20 mins
    for the 2nd race??
Come on BBC, when the cricket is on, (all the time) we are even
subjected to watching the rain come down on the field. Make it fair,
lets at least see the reaction of the podium guys, their comments, and
maybe just maybe, see two whole races?

Eurosport covered it well enough. Why waste time with the BBC - they
never cover bike racing in any sort of decent way.

BBC Scotland gave us Rivercity (Glasgow based soap opera) instead
    of the first race. Bastards.

Yeh, your right, just thought after sacking their DG they may have a
biker fan in their top management team, but guess it was just wishful
    thinking! :)

It's not wishful thinking - it's optimism to the point of criminal
insanity. The BBC always show what they think is popular and feck all
else. They don't think bikes are popular and therefore do no more than
a token gesture to the plebs.

Dickhead. They show to the ratings. There is **** all ratings in
bikes. Possibly because the 'natural' audience, on Sunday afternoons,
are arranging for the bits they left lying round the countryside Sunday
morning to be picked up and brought home.

Isn't that what I said in: The BBC always show what they think is

The natural audience is sitting at home, dreaming up tales of derring-do
to tell its workmates on monday about riding its ibike.
