Wrong fine?

    best thing i have heard in ages LOL

    I heard of a guy that worked for a coffee company ;)
    and he used to carry around a box full of paddlepop sticks
    (coffee stirrers) they used to fit just nicely in a parking meter slot
    and snap off,

    meter out of order , cant put coins in it :)

    and also a lot less chance of getting caught than having a tube of
    space invader in your hands
