At last! the entire box set of 11 DVD's has arrived. 35odd hours of
    commentary. <opens popcorn>

Was ordered from Amazon 2 weeks before Chrimbo and listed "In Stock". Cunts.

So.......shall I upload the entire set to ukrm-nova for you?

I had to check what the difference is between the 11 disc set and my 5
    disc set:

"Contains all 5 DVD volumes of 26 original episodes (on 10 discs) of
the classic documentary series narrated by Laurence Olivier and
charting the history of the Second World War."

OK, I don't feel too bad now as it's just the one extra disc of
    'extras'.
You'll probably have Veggie Dave down on you like a ton of bricks...

I understand it's available on DVD, so not really within the spirit of
    the service, no?

Adding this to your comment about porn can we can conclude that 2007 was the
    years that humour died?

If you'd taken time to read the FAQ and house rules, then you wouldn't
    be asking the questions.

And my sense of humour is not in Norwegian Blue mode.

I vividly remember seeing the original series broadcast on TV, which
included graphic after-battle footage in colour of the results of the
Japanese no-surrender policy of numerous islands in the Pacific
Theatre. It was towards the end of the series, IIRC.

When seeing the series again on UKTV History, ISTR those bits were
    missing. Can anyone confirm that?
