  2. Wasting time on eBay I found this guy...
    http://www.fiche-man.com/manuals/manuals.htm

No idea how he's not been shut down by the manufactureres for ripping off
    their factory manuals...

SR 250 manuals are known to be very difficult.

I ended up using the SR500 one for basic services on mine.

If you want a front end, get on the blower and call wreckers in every
state. If they don't have one, ask who might, and narrow it down that
    way.

Front end is usually beneath the handlebars, I checked my manual and confirmed this to be sure.

    Glad to have helped

Welcome to the chief excus^h^h^h"reason" I meant reason ! for motorcycle
modification ! You know have a reason to graft on that upside fork front
end from the Aprilia or ZXR250C you really wanted...

Sharkey, J5 and IK and feels relieved)

  7. Hi John,

Was fortunate to grab one with 2000K's on it, and it's not yet hit
4,000K's... but I hear the costs aren't bad.... but... coming from me who
last owned a Ducati monster might reduce the credability of any low $$$
    figure claim I make :)

Theres a VFR mailing list, these guys are great, feel free to fire me an
email and I can look up the address.

    Regards

  8. Sorry Charmayne, I haven't got either the SR250 or 500's... I think the
ausmoto website has a dropbears link that used to have a list of the OZ
wreckers.... best wait till you're back at work to do the phoning around
    :)

    Kind Regards

There are numerous VFR lists. John Perkins' one is by far the biggest
    and longest running one.

I brought one off him accually for my bike

its an accual pdf from teh factroy, not a scaned workshop manual or
    anything.

I believe these are the cd's that the honda workshop and dealers get.

He gets them from the states, its a stamped cd, not a burnt one, with a nice
professional spelling mistake on the cover.

7 bucks a cd, better than 50-150 for a manual

I'm not weird! I was going to suggest she weld up a set of girder
forks. Everyone likes girder forks. If the steering head bearings
are gone, go the full Hossack.

And Vic M/C wreckers are related to Metropolitan M/C Wreckers in Silverwater,
so anything they have in Melbourne you can probably get shipped to Sydney free
    of charge.

Well, I was in there on Friday afternoon, and the mangled bikes were
still piled just as high as ever.

If anything, they're getting bigger. Heaps more tasty parts hanging from
the ceiling than there used to be, courtesy of their bringing containers
of stuff from Japan... I picked up a very swish Ti race system for the
ZX9 for a pretty good price.
