The Wing's passed it's MOT. Blimey.

Emotionally, no. I was not enjoying sitting at home awaiting a 'phone call from Blunkett & Keller, MOT testers to the stars. The Wing had been in *so* many pieces over the winter, I was sure I'd overlooked something. Apparently, I hadn't, so I was feeling rather chuffed.
Got one by post, did we? The CB750 has six months left, which is as well, because the ominous bulge on the silencer did a Mount St Helens yesterday, accompanied by a rapid increase in decibels. Luckily I had seen this coming and have a brand new can ready for fitment, but I have a zillion and one other things to do this weekend. An' it sounds nicer with a bit of rort.
Got one by post, did we?[/QUOTE] Cheek. Straight as a die, this place. Well, as long as you remember to fit it beforehand, you'll be okay. Which reminds me: I ought to get shot of those loud cans for the Blackbird, if I'm not going to bother refitting them. I think a blast on the Kwak is called for tomorrow - just to see if it can. Then I think a general cleaning session would be in order.
Oh, speaking of Latin, I got a letter from Ducati today. My Sport 1000 will be delivered late this year, instead of mid next year. Well done them. They also sent me a Ducati bandana, which I can say with some confidence that I will not be wearing.
Ben Blaney says... You sure they haven't booked you down for a Ducati Indiana http://it.geocities.com/ducati_indiana/
Nice. I think it's a fabulous looking bike, not least because I've always loved the vintage Ducati script/logo. Aw, g'wan. or at the very least, give it to Champ.
