I think it's rather amusing that Kwaka Oz have the GPX listed under supersports
    !

Besides which BT why do you care ? Are you just preplanning your purchase for
    2013 ?

(not much point posting the US website when they get different colours to us)

No isn't the real reason is they had Clem modelling the 2003 GPX250 and
    Kawasaki nearly went bust?

I thought it was wholly appropriate myself! ;-)
    Hey! I've got a '98 GPX250 too!
Last year they had the same colour schemes that we got (the blue one
and the yellow one, although they also got a green one...)

I thought 3 sets of plastic would do it (they've all got black wheels now!). ;-)

I'll be sure to tell him you said that, Dave. ;-)

Clem seemed to find The Jackal quite amusing when we swapped bikes on
my second-last Brisbane trip. I didn't fancy trying to mono his XJ900
    though.

I did find it quite enjoyable too. (And I didn't even have to pick it out
of my arse-crack when I stood up either!)

Shit; now my office is staring at me and I have to pretend that I just heard
something funny on the radio while I was working... working real head....

  18. Yeah, I mean check out those not-under-seat-exhausts, you don't see
    _that_ much these days!

Anyone know what we here in Australia will be getting for 2004? There
don't appear to be any updates on the Australian Kawasaki site...

Wonder if the pumped up Australian price will come down in 2004 given
the massive increase in the value of the Australian dollar over the
    past year?

Heck, the GPX is only US$3k in the US. Even if you add GST, it
shouldn't cost much more than AUS$4500 here... Somebody's getting
rich. Especially with a RRP of around $7500 plus ORC! OK, so the
turnover isn't as high here, but even so.

So what sorts of ride away prices are going currently? I'm in
Adelaide, so don't know how that might affect things. I was
considering getting a new one at some stage as I would *not* intend
trading it in a year down the track for a bigger bike (yes, I'm a
    newbie).

    Cheers,
    Nicholas
