I'm back on the road again with a proper working bike.
    Its lovely :)

However the handlebar grips appear to be made of rubberised granite - any
recommendations for comfy grips for wusses?

Dunno, I guess that I'd just go into a bike shop and ask for soft grips.
Nice old bike though, very nice infact.

  6. That's a very nice bike!
Try asking your local bike shop for some "bog standard grips". It's what
I did and got a very nice set of soft and grippy "superbike" grips.

    £6.50 a pair IIRC.

Nice, but I'd rather have the 600. Much more of a bike than a mere 100cc
    would have you believe.

(All right, I'm jealous - I always liked the old Pantah. I wonder if a
750SS engine would drop into one? I wouldn't be surprised.)

What a cracking machine, don't think I've seen one in the flesh.
Is it supposed to not have a front mudguard BTW?

The OE Guzzi grips are squidgy rubber and stay squidgy. They'll suit the
bike better rather than some obviously pattern 'superbike' replacements.
