3rd party ins co : "We can confirm that we will cover your losses in this
accident, however at this time this will be on a non-admission basis".

So basically they're admitting it, but yet they're not - legalise.

Either way - no claim from my ins co.

    Result.

INdeed - at least it's one angled covered - no matter what the end result
with the GSX-R is, at least neither I or my Ins. Co will have to pay
    anything.

Roll on 2 yrs NCB (assuming no loop hole/cock up)

Means you can't sue them at a later date.

You're accepting that they're not responsible as well as accepting the
    payment.
    It is indeed.

I'm not so sure about that considering I haven't agreed that in writing. MU
is that the claim needs to be 'closed' as it were before they can rest
assured I won't sue them for anything.

And this afternoon dealership was authorised to proceed with £2800 worth of
    repairs - no quibbles.
    I am most surprised.

GSX-R back in a few weeks - yay.

I'm expect a spanner will crop up soon enough.
