My lad was given a set of Wolf one piece racing leathers today.

Apparently the were around £700 when new, and appear to be in reasonable
    nick.

Anyone have any opinions on this brand, good or otherwise.

Oh yes, emblazoned across the back they say "Funky"

    Hmm

  2. I've got two piece set that I've been using all year round for the past two
years or more. Seem to be well made, fit OK and are holding up a treat. Not
sure what they're like down the road and hopefully won't find out any time
    soon :)

I've got wolf 2 piece leathers, had them for about 3 years now and can't
fault the quality at all. They've got plenty of CE approved armour and
the leather is a decent grade... I didn't pay £700 for mine though!

Andy Bonwick also wore similar and managed to crash at a respectable
speed.. he walked away despite his leg being pinned by the bike.. There
was a small hole worn through but I suspect the same could have happened
to lots of other brands too.

Short of getting made to measure I reckon the fit is pretty much perfect
and if I were to crash I believe they'd offer a respectable level of
    protection.

I've had a pair for just over 2 years (around 15k miles) & can't fault
them. No loose stitches, no broken zips and very comfortable. I haven't
crash tested them, but they're double stitched & the panels are overlaid
rather than inserts so I'm sure they'd cope pretty well. I wouldn't
    hesitate to buy them again.

I sured the tarmac yesterday in my two-piece. Took the shine of the
hip but the stitching held up. Except I need a new "F".

I still have a Wolf jacket I bought in 1984. It's been up the road more
times that I care to remember yet is still in one piece. Good quality
    kit for the price.

    He's a lucky little sod.
