  5. Use PDF995. Then simply print the two pages you want to a PDF file using
    the PDF995 driver.

Found that one but mediafire always plays up for me for some reason.

I did get one from Frosty - Thanks George - Top bloke.

    Also found this:

    http://er5.atw.hu/letoltesek/Kawasaki_ER5_C5_2004_Service_Manual_ENG.pdf

Fully converted to pdf, indexed, clickable etc.

Restores some of my faith in the human race. (well a little anyway).

Anyone needs a copy let me know and I'll put it on one of my servers.

Download and install GhostScript and GSView:

    http://pages.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/gsview/

Open your PDF file in GSView, and use the File-Convert option to
extract just the pages that you're interested in. You can extract
them either as image files or into a new PDF file.

Torrent Adobe Acrobat Standard Edition (anything other than the
free 'Reader'). Open the PDF. Save it to a new file (to avoid
buggering up the original. From the menu choose Document -> Delete
Pages. Delete all the pages that don't look like a wiring diagram
    for an ER5. Save. Email.

  11. Great idea Johno, went out to the shed and moved heaps of stuff and found a
    spare password
Brought it inside, logged in and it was the wong one so back out to the
shed, find another password and try that, which worked fine,
So, now I have this spare password which I havent got a clue which program
    it is for

Anyone in need of a password?

Well that would work, but it would also make you into a nasty horrid
    software pirate.

Because the upcoming Great Wall of Australia across our interwebs would
no doubt block such an image :) [1]

[1] OK... I admit GSView wouldn't likely fare any better.
