They're hoping soon my kind will drop and die,
But I'm gonna fly my free flag high, Yeah!

Unrestored ones are worth more in some cases.

Anyway, I just said I wanted someone to buy it for me, so why should I
care if it's an inflated price?

ITYF restored SS80's are >15k tho'.

I think most of your kind either dropped and died or grew up in the mid
70s- around the time you were 10...

    That's a bit harsh.
I watched *loads* of Rog's in the million (snigger) man anti-war rally

    Happy Birthday.

I've seen a few large crowds and that one was around a million and a bit.
Given how the fiasco in Iraq is turning out,it's looks like we'd have been
better off if more had joined in, rather than standing by sniggering.
    Ta, mines a pint.

eh? you're older than me. Just pointing out that a "grebo/hippy/biker
type" should be 50 or so now and not 40...

Could have been 3 million, would still have made no difference.
Shouldn't you be overseas improving your flexibility by now??

    Have another listen.

To my mind it doesn't make much odds.

I've not seen the lyrics printed, but
    http://www.asklyrics.com/display/If_6_Was_9_LYRICS/24462 agrees with you.

  17. prefer an SS100, meself, though.

and that one does look as if it needs a lot of work. If it really, truly is
all there (possible) then it might be worth it, 'cos I daresay there are
some hard-to-find bits that cost a fortune...
