  1. Heh, it is quite a generous development slot, but not by *that* much.
    Good idea, enjoy.

Mario Kart Wii is the only one I've found that's genuinely brilliant.
Guitar Hero 3 is alright, though not really a "Wii" game as such.

They already do, bar any PS3-branding: the G25 wheel. 6 position H-
gate (well, |-|-| gate) seperate shifter, three pedals.
I got fed up with their mickey-mouse attempts at "physics". After
playing Live For Speed (www.lfs.net) the GT series feels like an
arcade game. Is GT5 any better?

  4. With the obvious caveat (it depends what you like) I'd say...

    1) Mario Galaxy - good concept, execution, and SO much character and
    charm.
    2) Wii Sports - not technically that good but makes a great party game
and works as a good demonstration of the controller.
    3) Guitar Hero - Fun, different, addictive, noisy.
    4) Resident Evil 4 - Shoot zombies. Visceral, tense, absorbing and
    gorgeous.
    5) Boom Blox - This is jenga on TV.

  5. Well, GT5P doesn't have a damage engine installed yet, so it's still a
bit arcade style. I've not played GT4 to give any comparison between 4
    and 5p.

    I can't play LFS either, but I suspect it's a different beast to GT5
    with a different target audience.

Play say its out before then. 27/03/2009 to be exact.

To be fair, prologue is *bloody* good. I'm crap at games but
completely addicted to prologue. The graphics are stunning. Well worth
    it at £17.99 IMHO.

Like DNC, I bought the PS3 primarily as a blu-ray player but find
myself more often or not playing GT5 prologue (when I can get the
bloody kids off lego star wars).

Also just ordered MotoGP 08 but fear this is probably going to be a
    huge disappointment.
