Wiggle wiggle - nice racing

The MotoGP was rather good - especially the last few laps... Suzuki must
    have been pleased too ;-)
The back end wiggles coming out of the final bend seemed to show just how
hard they were trying - certainly puts my road riding into the perspective
    it deserves!

The first race of the superbikes as well... fantastic move in the last lap.

On a slightly different note, is that last chicane at Silverstone as
horrible as it looks? Every lap they looked like they were going to lose the
    bikes going round it.

The last few laps were interesting, but the rest of the tv coverage was
pisspoor. Checa (iirc) had managed to make it from 14th to 4th but thanks
to the director deciding to focus entirely on the F1-esque circulations
of the leading pair, the first 21 laps or so were pretty much devoid of
    overtakes.

It's a sign of dull footage when 15 laps' worth of commentary is about
tyres to fill in the lack of anything to report from the race, they had
time to cut back to the pits for several mini-interviews and showed the
same lowside on no fewer than three separate occasions.

Once again I must say you're missing out on the main action that of the 125s
and 250s. It's worth the subscription alone.

I found the the main event, the 500s, almost boring in comparison.
    Especially compared to the 250s.

That has been the case in almost every race IMO. Because the 125s are much
more equal bikes there's always a lot of ducking, diving and shoving.

I am not sure I would go that far though.

If you're worried about fixing a satellite to your caravan then bear in mind
    you can get cable instead.

    No we fucking can't.

There is a lot of Oak in the streets round here and when they did
Wickford (down the road a bit) they cut all surface roots, of which Oak
have a lot apparently and our tree huggers stopped them doing any more
ever again so we can't have cable.

Fucking trees. What are they good for anyway? We aren't allowed to
hang poor people anymore so who fucking needs them?

Jack Handey "If trees could scream, would we still cut them down? Well, we
might, if they screamed all the time for no good reason."

But the long sweeping right-hander leading up to it is a peach (on the
short circuit), I think the chicane would work if they made it a more
    open flip-flop.
