About 120bhp, I think. Enough to keep me happy for now. If I get bored
with it next year I can alway fit nitrous.

Heh, good luck. You'll be ok as there's a thriving export side to deal
with too, and TOG reckons this decline will be limited to the UK market.

You'll like working there if you get the job, lovely people at the
    warehouse.

    Cheers, Loz.

I have to say, I'd consider chewing my arm off to get out of the job I'm
in, but I do need a job to go to first. I really want this one.

Are you going to the Head Office, or warehouse for interview?

The Older Gentleman emerged from their own little world to say
    <snip>

Pretty much what Sue of Claremont M/c in Gloucester said to me as they
moved premises about 6 years ago. After a further 2 years or so they had
sold the business to a competitor whilst staying on as salaried employees.
    Smart move I reckon.

like I'm interested in a discussion of aesthetics with someone with the
    hair of Rick Parfitt.
whatever. Pity the exhaust looks like a rubbish shoot, the instrument
cluster looks like a Tesco microwave-curry container, and the colour of
the forks appear to have been chosen by the brand manager of Claire's
    Accessories.

The warehouse at Longtown. This afternoon at 2.00; wish me luck. Is
    the pay any good?

Good luck, and I'm doing ok thanks very much. I haven't a clue what they
    pay warehouse staff. :)

Cheers. Went okay, I think. They pay warehouse staff better wages than
I'm on right now. Stay tuned...

I'll phone them up tomorrow and **** it all up for you, if you want.
I'll just tell them I know you, that'll be enough.

I've no idea, Bill gave me a form to fill in and return to Head Office.
    Due course and all that...
