    Coolish morning in Melb.

    Bag in panniers, helmet on, gloves on. Turn key, press starter.

    rrrr rrrr rrrr rrrr rrrr <pop> rrrr rrrr rrrr rrrr rrrr <splutter> rrrr
    rrrr rrrr

    repeat...

    Just as the battery went flat, I remembered that the bike had faltered
    as it hit reserve just as I pulled up yesterday. Of course I hadn't
    turned it over to reserve in case I forgot about it and failed to fill up.

    D'oh!

    Cage to work. Charge it up tonight.

    Must find time to restore the charging system to full functionality.
    Bought a new diode board in June. Still sitting in the 'shed'.
