The sister-in-law asked me to look at a car one of her clients[1] was
buying from the UK. It was a cracking deal and she had just sent half
the cash so that they would deliver it to her. Western Union, of course.

    Whoops!

[1]In the olden days, we would have called them patients.

I can't see where he was replying to anything I'd posted and the only
thing I can think of that might be confusing him is that you're living
    in a foreign land.

Actually, your computer thinks it's in a foreign land:
    See?

On occasion, you appear to be replying to questions a few minutes before
they're asked, which caused me no end of confusion the first couple of
    times.

I've just checked it against the BBC homepage and according to that my
clock is bang on but relying on the BBC probably isn't a good thing.

You've met him, haven't you? He does that all the time - usually:
    "Yes, I'll have a beer".

Yeah, but your computer thinks it's in a different time zone.

Sounds like a normal Saturday night to me, "****, I'm in a different
    time zone...again".

That's about as interesting as proof reading my posts before hitting
    the send button.

I've changed it just to keep the masses happy.
