Which GPS for bikes ?

    have got a garmin 60cs,( had a 12xl before that). seems to tick all the
    above, ( to some extent ) it runs for 12hours on a couple of NIMH's. I
    particularly like the display, it is a daylight visible
    transreflective one.. Why arn't all displays like this now ?

    Sorry - the former - we have had a house ( two actually - we moved ) down
    those parts for some 35 years but sold it a few years ago, so it was a bit
    of reminiscing for me...

    Not at all - Bee can't really comment on the driving through France and
    Spain as she was on Planet Flu at the time and was only there in body, not
    in mind. Driving through France and Spain simply to get to the other end is
    a miserable business travelling through a land forgotten by God and
    civilisation - they don't even speak English, FFS. <f/x TALK LOUDER AND
    SLOWERRRR>
