What do you want to learn?

I think the best sequence is to do the Stay Upright or HART advanced
courses because they deal with traffic and braking.

Then when your traffic and braking skills are good enough, go to
Superbike school to get the cornering down.

Don't do it the other way round because if you go to Superbike, or go
there only, you will think you are hot shit when all you know is the
very simple and safe environment of the track. And you won't know how
    to use your brakes.

Listen to what this Zebee bloke says. It makes a lot of sense.

I did SBK Skool Level 1 after I'd been riding for just under two years,
and Stay Upright Advanced Riding Course after I'd been riding for just
under four years, and the Stay Upright course was much more useful.

I've done the HART courses, and overall they were worthwhile. I'm sure
they actually saved me a few months back. The only disappointing thing
is that the courses (at all levels) are essentially identical as far as
skills and drills are concerned, only the speed increases from one
    level to the next.

For example, the advanced course is done at Calder Park, and does
emergency braking from 80+ Kph, as opposed to the intermediate course
that does it on the HART range from about 60 Kph.

There's a school of thought that says that if that's what you think,
then you didn't 'get' the higher level courses.
