I'll send him a photo if I think he might be interested. I'm sure he'd
do the same for me were the circumstances reversed.

You haven't seen my centre stand.

It's got some sort of dog-leg which seems to make it really easy to roll
off forwards. I've resorted to leaving it in first gear if it's on the
    sidestand.

Academic now it seems. Too many logistical problems present themselves
this morning to allow my cunning plan to fit in a bit of EOSM and
Wiscombe. These include the lad suddenly becoming very keen to come and
be pit crew at Wiscombe, which requires more stuff to be loaded up and
an earlier start for Devon tomorrow. TBH though, this is more to do with
the opportunities for tree climbing and stunt BMX riding with others of
    the future hill climb generation.

    Have fun.

    [snip]

is there something wrong with the design of the GS500's centre stand?
It's a 170kg bike with a low seat height, why do so many of you find
it so difficult to put on the stand?

Once I mastered the technique, I have no problem getting my 215kg
Tiger on and off the stand - it's nothing to do with strength (I'm
5'7", so not a height thing either).

You know that sweet smile I do so well? It will be in evidence at the
EOSM. I feel it's only fair to warn you.

That's brightened up a difficult day, thank you.

She's skinny, so she'll have no tits and he can soon give her a boy's
    name.
    I'll be sure to explain everything she needs to know. PFCT;

  9. My wife (for one..)
I suspect more on a "this is the target, these are the weapons" basis.

  11. I'd be *very* surprised if you found any pictures of her online (or me
for that matter..). If there are any I certainly didn't post them..
Well thats put me off my sandwiches..
I have *some* taste y'know. Cheryl may not (after all - she married
me!) but I do have my standards..

Of cat's attendance at EOSM (if we haven't scared her)
I'll be sure to report back. Have we established which side she bats
    for yet?

I could, after the fact, go with the "I just couldn't find the place, what
an idiot I am" tack, or I could go with "You're all bloody mad, I'm not
coming near you", I imagine you're mostly all there already anyway.

I'm debating retaining leathers and lid all day for the nickname 'stig'

Tis rare isn't it? Never mind, built for speed.
Interestingly, my mum played university cricket.

I'm usually known to break with tradition.

Are you looking after me, or is this some horrible ruse?

The Friday contingent have just retired, mostly pissed.
That is such a feed line.
You've got caught in the cross fire of banter. Seriously they're
mostly lovely and you will not be the only newbie.
    Nope.
