Time for a little "front and center".. Dammit.. I got a card from Elmer,
this week.. Announcing the TMRA II meeting this evening .. Sheesh.. maybe I
caused so much commotion at the last one, he isn't talking to me anymore..
Anybody else wanna go ? Looks like it might be a good evening to make a nice
little ride..See all of you there.. The address is 300 South Smith St. in
Dallas.. Call 214/339-5800 for directions.. See ya'..

Thanks for coming out tonight and bringing your Guests. I believe everyone
got something out of this meeting. The traffic court info was popular.
Also the Caucus info helped out too.

LOL.. I think everyone took something away from this meeting.. Even the one
"oddball" we had amongst us..LMAO.. Maybe we can convert him, whaddya think
? Anyway, Elmer.. Lico Reyes is a very capable and qualified candidate for
US Congress and his opponent, Joe Barton certainly hasn't lived up to his
responsibilities as an advocate for his constituents.. I should hope that
TMRA II will be forthcoming with endorsements and that Mr. Reyes will be
amongst them.. He is a friend to Motorcyclists across our state and he has
been an active advocate for civil rights in various capacities.. Tommy
Smelser, as we all know, isn't running for office but the organization he
heads is an advocate for veterans across our state and Tommy spends much of
his own money and invests a great deal of time in traveling to various
places to campaign and assist any candidate.. primarily democratic
candidates.. I'm also looking forward to the "workshop".. Lord knows I need
some more education in this area, as I am mostly one of the "in the
trenches" kind of soldier.. Good job chairing this one, I know it wasn't an
easy one.. Thanks for the opportunity to participate..
