    He's someone's frog.

    He's used a couple of newsreaders (Pan and Outlook) and has posted from
    NTL and Blueyonder.

    He's getting increasingly desperate for attention now the cult of
    worship of sir.tony appears to have died out.

    I did a check on my stats database, and he's always used outshite
    express. Apart from 07/08/2003, where he posted once with forte
    agent...

    Even if someone's been frogging him, they've been using outshite too.
