I'm sure I've seen posts in here in the past saying where you lot go
to get cables at a sensible price. The online shops all seem to want
at least £9 plus p&p. Any ideas please? Ta.

If you're talking about DVI-HDMI then that's stupidly cheap.

    Except for these guys...

Call me a tightwad then. I've found 2m DVI-D cables for £3.45p each on
Play.com so I'm happy now. FREE postage too.

But I know cheap cable sources have been mentioned in UKRM's ancient
history, I wonder what they were?

  11. eBay.... dvi-d as you know only carries ones and twos and no wavy
stuff, so any monkey can throw one together and it will work (within
    reason).

However - How long it will last if you're continually plugging &
unplugging it; tends to depend on how much foldy you throw at it.
