After all that ordering of parts and such, the arrangements to get that
Green Vulcan back in tip top, has been slid to this Friday.. sheesh.. Got me
all fired up to take the Green One in this Tuesday, and now I have to wait
    for a while longer..

Ah well.. guess I got too picky about the techs who I preferred to work on
my old motorcycle, ya' think.. lol

Anyway, when I talked to the service mgr. this morning, Dean told me that
both guys are really swamped and can't assure me that they'll be able to
work me in until Friday morning.. One of the sticking points was that
they'd want me to leave the bike overnight if I took it in earlier..

Grapevine is quite a ways from Irving and where I live.. I'd need to make
arrangements to get back home when I dropped the bike off.. Then I'd have to
inconvenience someone to get me back out there to pick it up..

Anyway, we finally concluded that we'd tackle that 3 or 4 hour project on a
day when I could have confidence in the techs that I know, and just kill
some time waiting for the motorcycle.. Dang .. this is kinda like
    anticipating surgery or something.. Regards

    Bill,
You are welcome to use my trailer if you want to haul your bike to the
shop so you dont have to stay there. I am sure those guys wont mind if
you leave while they work on your bike..LMAO..I bet they will all pitch
in and give you some titty bar money.

You forgot.. I've got a trailer.. hehehe.. Ain't anybody going to tackle
this job without me being on the scene.. lol.. Like I said, it is kinda,
sorta .. like anticipating surgery or something..

That old Green Motorcycle hasn't ever had a wrench on it, except mine..
    Thanks anyway, Redshad.. Regards
