click on "the bikes" and then the centre icon (in between the hayabusa
and the GSXR) for a laugh:
"The bandit is fast sporty with a hint of pizazz...with a pickup and
top speed that nearly rivals the Hayabusa..."
<chortle> That doesn't sound like the bike I've got, he must have
selected the nitrous & turbo option boxes !

Remember, this is an audience that sees the Enfield 350 as a big bike.
To them (and to some other mere mortals like myself) the difference
between a Hyabusa and a Bandit are 'academic'.

Well yeah, OK, compared to the Enfield 350 the GPX250 is a seriously
high HP torque monster with a scary top speed (and brakes !).

But seriously, the Bandit weighs 50-60Kg more and has about 50 or 60
less HP. The power to weight ratio is almost double. While it may be
'academic' it's pretty bloody noticeable ! While the old Bandit is
certainly a torque monster for its day, it's an entire generation behind
    the Hayabusa.

That'd be like comparing your bike to an Enfield 500 and saying they're
    about the same....

I remember last year at WSB that there was a Bollywood film crew there doing
    filming etc around teh pits.

We were filmed working on the WSB 954 which may have made it into a film -
    but who knows.
