It's the one that gathers info so that NIPs for using a hand-held
mobile as a video camera whilst driving can be sent out!

That's what I suspected, pity they don't care about the way they are
driven, that van had just undertaken me at about 75 - 80 before I took
that bit of video.

 

as it does not have its Big Brother livery on then it is probably being
driven by a supplier to have that work done

It's getting so much worse now, i was behind some **** doing 60mph on a

I was in the middle lane, he came up the inside lane and pulled in
front of me. I waited for him to pull into the outside lane so I could
get a better video before I turned off at J10.

Yup IMHO if you can be undertaken you are in the wrong lane and *should* be
undertaken.
