What is it with me going to France?

With the exception of my old and well-used Heinz Gherkin jacket, _all_
my supposedly waterproof gear started leaking in the past couple of
days
to the extent that most of it hasn't dried out yet.

And I don't have the time to go and get new gear today, either, plus
that would mean visiting the above emporium again. Most of the gear
that failed was bought from there and is less than a year old.

Grrr.

Oh, and the cheesy server currently seems to be rejecting my posts due
to a "syntax error in the badwords file" - anybody else seeing this?

that, that is your real name. She thought it was some weird usenet
