THE DRIVER of a car "wavering" on the M6 motorway near Carlisle was
seen to be masturbating, a court heard.
Ravinder Lal, 34, of Mainscroft, Erskine, Renfrewshire, was fined £235

Well I don't remember seeing "no masturbating" in the highway code, so I'm
    gonna continue for now!

Gives a new meaning to: "I was just cumming up the road"

What, you want a mass debate on this?

    When ah wake up,
Well ah know there's gonna be
There's gonna be a massive stiffy next to you.

    When ah go out,
Yeah ah know am gonna be
Ahm gonna be the man who's stroking next to you.

    If ah get drunk,
Well ah know ahm gonna be
Ahm gonna be all limp no matter what you do.

    And if it havers
Well ah know am gonna be
Ahm gonna be the man who's haverin' on you.

An' Ah would wank 500 miles...

Surely that should read "wankering ", just this once.

Erskine, eh? No surprise. Car must have been blagged too.

No, Just thinking that having a wank while behind the wheel is
concidered more dangerous than actually commiting an offence.

The penalty above is what was given to the cager who caused my
    injuries.
