Fark; the Sprints are cheap compared to 15 years ago (considering I'm
probably earning 60% more than this job was paying in 1995).
The GT looks good but I reckon Tiger-shaftie with factory panniers might be
    the next Doodle-mobile.
(Not that I'm anywhere near finished with the current Doodle-mobile yet!)

  2. Procycles in Sydney have 2010 Sprints with no ABS but with colour
matched panniers for $15,920 ride away. $1,030 extra for ABS. Why anyone
in the market for a sports tourer would consider anything else beats me.

Procycles will also sell you a 2010 BMW K1300 GT with colour matched
panniers and a top box for $32,700 ride away. You do get ABS, ESA and
traction control; heated grips; and a shaft drive. But is all that stuff
and the BMW name really worth nearly $17,000?

Nah, he found an XJ fuel tank with only a couple of rust holes, shame
for that to go to waste.
