    The only way you can lose an account in that way is by being one of the
    wasters yourself.

    What only needs a couple of bidders to complain? You're saying that
    would lose a seller his account? Wrong.

    3 complaints from 3 sellers against one individual non-paying bidder,
    perhaps. Many sellers have more than three complaints on their record
    and they are most unlikely to lose their accounts.
