I'm on gardening leave as from Monday, til New Year. I put my notice in
at the begining of this week. Samples have just been collected by
courier, car being returned on Monday.

Can I have two# again please?

guess is that he's going to work for a competitor.

You do realise if you're on gardening leave and your car forms part of
your package you should be able to keep it til the very last day of your
notice period?

Your contract prevents you saying where you're going? That's a bit

Tbh I'd rather hand it back now than trek 250 miles up to Penrith on
29th December, which happens to be my parent's golden wedding
anniversary. If the head office was a bit more local then maybe I'd take
issue with it. As it is, as from Monday I am free to do wtf I want with
my time because I have no way of doing anything for the firm as from
then. They'll be getting my mobile at the same time.

What's a contract? I've been there 2 1/2 years and never even seen one,
let alone signed one.

I'm not saying where I'm going because *I* don't want to yet, no-one's
pulling my strings.
