I took the R1 off the road for winter...... I put it back on the road this
weekend! Just coudn't manage more than two weeks without the bike, but had
much fun blasting out to Sherburn and twisties on the way back. <VVVVBG>

Next time I even suggest something like not riding the bike for any length
of time, remind me I can't!

Now, working from home today, roads dry, not a hint of rain.....think I may
go for just a quick play

That is just soooo unfair that is. The kin bitches can go on about how
much they are missing their bikes and I symapathise[1] and effectively
    get told to shut up.

Kin ageist discrimination that is. If I had a nice bum like Jen's you
    wouldn't be saying that.

[1] And, unusually for me, actually have some kin knowledge of what I am
talking about, unlike you other know nothing cunts

  8. What *were* you thinking?! Dunno about oop norf, but there's been some
cracking weather down our way, sunny and dry, if a tad nippy, and the
traffic queues are just getting longer and longer...time to get the
bike out and use it every day,not just at weekends, methinks!
    You can't, you can't you can't! [1]
Very wise. See, you're a sensible lass really...

[1] is it just me or does this look like I'm being rather offensive?

  9. You're really not getting the hang of this whole 'UKRM' thing are you?

Try being more obnoxious, or failing that, just call someone a ****. [1]

Well anyone without a bike atm gets my sympathy, I just couldn't manage
    without it.
Aye thang ewe. At least I've lost that extra weight I managed to gain! I
can fit into me leathers again (that was the only reason for the diet!)
Like I say, anyone without a bike etc

Of course you can't. Even through winter there's the odd dry salt-free
    day.

Yesterday we did the North York Moors - Chop Gate to Helmsley,
Rosedale Chimney, Blakey Ridge then Whitby for a cream tea. I likes it
    oop north!

But it is no where near winter ! (It starts on 21st December)

Mid Nov to take a bike of the raod at the earliest.
    <VVVVBG>

If weather holds I may head up that way on Friday, or towards Eddie's.

I'm FORCED to put the bike up for winter. I have a very illegal rear tyre,
    balder than me.
I'm skint until at least next spring what with x-mas around the corner.

So unless someone has a free pair of 207rr's going then I'm off until the
    forseable future.

I have access to my sons fiesta thing but it is not the came and the
grip at the front is not enough to have any real fun except in the dry
and even then it lacks a lot.
