  1. Not me, Gerry. I'm just as paranoid as the next bloke!

  2. Besides, I'm not so sure I believe that Gerry was actually married to
    Mick Jagger anyway...

Ahh; Cox's Corollary! I'd forgotten about that.

And of course; list all the ways the Council, oil-companies,
    gravel-manufacturers, gravel-spreaders, gravel-voiced-people, other people,
other species and anything else is actually the cause of the prang and it's
    not YOUR fault!

Still only half way through its first lap. Hammo bought it
new (I think), so it's hardly even had any learner miles.
He sold it to a friend of mine, Sofi, but she's getting
married and needs the cash. It's a very good specimen.
Must be sold quick though -- wedding is in December. Only
    the two wheels though.

  11. Sorry to hear that girl, but I know you, you wont let that beat you.

Anyway, you can still ride, I dont expect you'll need that knee for any
knee down scraping for a while, especially on your current bike. :)

Get well soon, hope this gets you out of that long commute for a while?!?!

Did you hit your helmet on the ground?? Seriously I'm real sorry to hear
    about your knee...

Trevor Jordans has wheelchair access down there..... :)

If you need help sourcing parts then yell out, I've used eBay a few times
before for my own ... umm **** ups!

    Take care, and recover soon!

    Thanks Jason.

Unfortunately I don't have any sickies left. However I'm looking into
    taking annual leave.

I've still got to get the bike home. Now thats going to be the problem. Its
    in Berkeley.

I've already bought a new helmet, (bought it last week to get it
airbrushed). The helmet was fully smashed. :) But at least my head is
    alright.

I miss the bike, I feel like a part of me is missing. Not just my knee. I
have to rest it for a few days, then have an MRI done on Monday.

Take care and thanks for the good wishes.

Is that like taking one for the team? A few dodgy mates of mine over the
years have sent me footage of a few candidates who could *really* take a
    toy.

Wock, you have a lot to answer for.
My thoughts are in the gutter. :)

I'd have $3. And if those
    teeter-teeter-teeter-I'll-just-lay-the-bike-on-its-side-about-here
moments are worth $0.25, I'd have my $3.50

    BTH
(No kick required, the $3 worth was sufficiently painful).

Where is Hammo? He's not sharing the same bit of cyber-nothingness as
    sharkey, is he?

"Nurse Hammo" is just my stage-name for when I'm up in
    Wodbury-Aldonga participating in the legendary
Riverina Huntin', Fishin' and Wearin' Girly Frocks competition.
